CreaPreventivi is a web service that allows professionals and companies to create, manage and send professional quotes. The service is provided by CreaPreventivi (hereinafter 'we', 'our' or 'the Provider'). By using the service, you accept these Terms and Conditions in full.
By accessing and using CreaPreventivi, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept them, you must immediately stop using the service.
You must create an account to use the service. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity through your account. Accounts must not be transferred or shared with third parties. You must immediately report any unauthorized access to your account.
CreaPreventivi offers a free plan with limited features and paid plans (Pro, Unlimited) with additional features. Prices and features are described on the Pricing page. Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless canceled beforehand through the subscription management portal.
Payments are processed through Stripe, a secure payment platform. We do not store credit card details. Transactions are subject to Stripe's terms. If there is a problem with a charge, you may contact us within 14 days of the transaction. No refunds are provided for partially used periods unless otherwise required by law.
CreaPreventivi must not be used for:
You retain full ownership of the data you enter into the platform (quotes, clients, products, etc.). The Provider claims no rights to user-created content. You grant the Provider a limited license to process this data solely to deliver the service.
The service is provided 'as is'. The Provider does not guarantee that it will be free from errors or interruptions. The Provider shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of or inability to use the service. The Provider's maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 3 months.
The Provider reserves the right to suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Following deletion, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent removal, unless retention is required by law.
The Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of the service after that period constitutes acceptance of the changes.
These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the court where the consumer resides, as provided by the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005).
