3. Purposes and legal basis of processing

Service delivery (basis: performance of a contract), account management, quote processing and billing.

Legal compliance (basis: legal obligation), retention of tax and accounting data.

Service improvement (basis: legitimate interest), anonymous usage analysis to improve features.

Marketing (basis: consent), promotional communications only with explicit consent.

Account data is retained throughout the contractual relationship and for 5 years after termination for tax compliance. Anonymized browsing data is retained for 13 months. If the account is deleted, data is removed within 30 days.
